General Manager-FMCG Division
Duties
- Managing and leading day to day business operations to be effectively and profitability
- Keep doing R&D about new potential product to expand new business in the division
- Ensuring under supervise staff are committed to sale company product to reach the target and meet customer satisfaction
- Developing strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan
- Would be in charge of driving revenue through the companies offering of different products with schemes & without schemes
Requirements
- BBA or Master Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent Degrees
- Minimum 3-5 years in professional work experience of marketing, planning and sales management with FMCG
- Excellent in English and Khmer
- Strong leadership and good business acumen and understanding of modern management and leadership techniques and be open-minded, and confident professional
- Strategic / Creative thinker who can be innovative as well as pragmatic
- Have Valid Driving License and be able to travel to provinces
