Operations Managerresponsiblemanagingcomprehensive arrayservicesprograms relatedthe Transitions Life Centre. Operations Manager will overseefacility, coordinateprograms,assist indevelopmentnewenhanced programsneeds emerge. This person will bekey team memberprogram planning, monitoringstaffing areasconjunctionother AusCam Freedom Project staff.

Duties + Requirements

  Requirements
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum 3year’s experience in the management of related services (child protection/human trafficking /young women advocacy context ) with the emphasis on leadership, financial management and compliance requirements
  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
    • Proven understanding of issues impacting on women, children and young people experiencing domestic & family violence, child protection, mental health, drug & alcohol, homelessness and related issues
    • Demonstrated experience in the development of organizational business and strategic plans, tenders and other funding applications, operational policies and procedures
    • Demonstrated experience in the recruitment, support and supervision of professional staff from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds
      • Project management and evaluation including budgeting and financial management
      • Familiar with Government regulations in Social Welfare programs
    • Significant experience to network, liaise, manage and enhance partnerships with key stakeholders in particular governments and the local community
      • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, Skype)
      • Excellent written and spoken communications skills in the Khmer language
      • Excellent written and spoken communications skills in the English language
      • Good organizational/time management skills
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION
    • University degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or any relevant degree or equivalent experience
