Provincial Coordinator
Duties
- To ensure effective planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of activities including qualitative and quantitative data
- In collaboration with the programme coordinator and senior staffs to establish work plan for the project activities with clearly defined objectives, timelines and resources.
- Within the framework of the work plan to provide guidance and ensure effective implementation of all activities
- To be responsible for collecting and synthesized staff progress report to donors and be responsible for high quality monthly/quarterly/annual donor project report
- To ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and financial projections
- As required, to provide appropriate support to project staff, project local partners and stakeholders within the framework of the project activities.
- To facilitate and support external visitor during project site visit
- To assist the executive director in
- Establishing partnership and networking with other related government/NGO and UN organizations
- Establishing and maintain strong, positive relationship with government and NGO partners and other relevant authorities
- Coordinating and monitoring the funds for the project
- Representing Krousar Yoeung project in the absence of the director
- To participate in, lead and facilitate public presentations of project achievements.
- To coordinate the information/experience exchange between the various KrY project in Siem Reap
- To support the KrY Administration Section in the setting up and maintenance of equipments, to draw up inventory of materials in the Siem Reap Office
Requirements
- At least a bachelor degree in Sociology, Agriculture and or Philosophy and at least five years experience with NGOs especially in social development, education and health issues, has staff management experience as well as project cycle and financial management experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, manage, monitor and evaluate project activities and expenditure. Demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate with government and social partners at national and local level. Ability to supervise staff
- Excellent of analytical skills and writing skills in English and possibly of French
- It is expected that the person will shown him/her to be creative, initiative, sound judgment, hard working and enthusiastic, has good leadership and capacity to work in a team, presents communication and facilitation skills

Project Coordinator ECCD
Duties
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- To ensure effective planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of activities including qualitative and quantitative data
- In collaboration with the Resource Center Progam Manager and senior staffs to establish work plan for the project activities with clearly defined objectives, timelines and resources
- Within the framework of the work plan to provide guidance and ensure effective implementation of all activities
- To be responsible for collecting and synthesizing staff progress report to submit to the Executive Director
- Ensuring all administrative and logistical work, including necessary materials, accommodation and refreshment for trainees/participants
- Ensure effective planning and monitoring, and produce training report compiling and analysing feedbacks from trainees to submit to Executive Director
- Prepare adapted portfolio of training for each trainee
- IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THE PROJECTS
- Based on the 2010-2011 internal evaluation process, take part in the development of an action plan and responsible for its implementation (with the support from the E&D technical adviser)
- Responsible for reinforcing links between the different staff working in the ECCD projects (ECCD project officers, Community mobilisers, Parenting animators etc)
- Produce professional and standard training curriculum for trainees, in link with the External Relations officer
- Review each training curriculum, document/lessons, tools and methodology in collaboration with KrY’s ED, E&D advisors, ECRC Team and officials from MoEYS’s concerned departments,
- Assist the External Relations officer in conducting Training Need Assessment (TNA) for all internal trainers to enable them to effectively implement and professionally carry out the training courses and ensure TOT based on TNA result
- Analyse the evaluation form for trainees at the end of each training course to assess training quality
- Organise and conduct in link with the ECCD project coordinator a Training Need Assessment (TNA) for all internal trainers to enable them to effectively implement and professionally carry out the training courses
- NETWORKING
- Responsible for coordinating quarterly educational meetings with referent teachers
- Supervise the design a newsletter format and the decision on the different sections of the newsletter in link with KrY’s ECCD and ECRC team
