Sales Supervisor

Duties

Find target customers to increase Royal Clean’s market reach
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on customer specific points and requests
Help develop the Marketing Corporate Strategy, and plan and perform Business Development according to it
Handle day-to-day sales activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Create and maintain a pipeline and client tracking system

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing, preferably with a focus on Sales and Marketing
1 to 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing
Excellent presentation skills
Good business mind, strong interpersonal and communication skill
Organization and planning, problem analysis and problem solving
Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail
Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English
Able to work under pressure, honest and hard working
