	Addressing Household Food Security incontextChanging ClimateEnvironment International Training Course September 10–21, 2012 Phnom Penh, Participants will learn aboutholistic food security framework covering availability, access, utilizationstability. Nutrition, genderenvironmental components willgiven special attention. Participants willexposedapproaches withinrangeecosystems: rainfed/irrigated rice-based systems, community forestry, mangrove/coastal areasfreshwater systems. At each ecosystem, participants will conduct community level assessments, study food security related issueslearn how local communitiesorganizations respondthese. IIRR trainers will facilitate participants’ learningsprovide critical technical inputsfood, nutritionclimate change dimensions at each specific ecosystem. Inputshands-on exercises willprovidedapproachessustaining food security related projects / programs including capacity building, linkingnetworking, assessmentplanning, monitoring, evaluationdocumenting learning fromimplementationfood security related projects. Highlightthe courseits roving workshop design.
