Marketing Executive (Consumer Goods/FMCG)
Duties
- Assist and evaluate in preparing Marketing Plan / actions plan for a specific product lines as per agreement and guidance from the principal and base on the market needs
- Lead all marketing activity/plan executions and implementations
- Create long term execution plan which align with overall bran plans
- Monitor and ensure that our branding, strategy and positioning of our products are aligned with our business objectives
- Work closely with distribution team in order to gain more synergy on product knowledge and marketing plan
- Participate in logistic planning, sales forecasting, formulating pricing strategy, new product plan, brand’s P&L and overall business plan
- Continuously gather marketing information and do analysis, such as consumer’s information, trade information, product information, competitor information and etc. in order to gain more competitiveness in the market
- Closely work and communicate with the principals on matter such as report, marketing information, new key idea on tactics etc
Requirements
- Degree in Sales/Marketing
- At least 2 years experience in marketing, products management, and/or trade marketing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good command of spoken and written English; computer skills
- Results oriented with leadership skills
- Patient and flexible, honest and hard working

Merchandiser (Consumer Goods/FMCG)
Duties
- Monitors and gathers market information such as trade and consumer information, brand information, pricing, own and competitor promotion in the outlets and market
- Execute merchandising activities of marketing in modern trade outlets and specialized stores such as product display, POSM placement, and brand positioning following marketing plannogram strategies
- Monitor stock movement in modern trade outlet and specialized store by recording the balance of own stocks and keep inform to marketing and sales teams
- Closely work with sales and distribution team in order to gain more synergy on product knowledge and marketing plan
- Closely maintain and build good relationship with customer, outlet’s staffs
- Complete all information in call card, daily/weekly/ monthly report
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least 1-2 years experience in related job
- Fresh bachelor graduate in Sales/Marketing are welcome
- Experience in modern trade outlets is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, public relation and problem solving
- Good command of spoken and written English; computer skills
- Results oriented and team spirit
- Patient and flexible, honest and hard working
