Office Manager
Duties
- To support the Project Manager in day to day running of GHCC
- Translate written and verbal English – Khmer for staff and volunteers
- Supervise junior staff
- Manage weekly paid staff– keep records of attendance, annual leave, sickness
- Record expenditure and manage budgets
- Record staff leave and sickness
- Maintain records of microloan system,
- Teach small business course to borrowers of microloans
- Undertake training to meet the needs of Grace House Community Centre
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in office administration
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience in managing staff
- Flexible, hard working and an active member of the team,
- Understand the importance of Child Protection,
- Experience in working in NGO setting
- Preferred (but not essential) requirements for the position is Bachelor of Business administration or studying for
