Sale Manager
Duties
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Be responsible for performance and development of sale team
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sale Executive
- Take a lead in gathering up-to-date market and customer information
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Visit potential customers to market and promote NAD products
- Report market situation and competitors activities to Director of Operation
Requirements
- Male age between 25-40 years old
- Graduated at colleges or universities preferably Marketing or Management fields. Master degree in these fields are at great advantages.
- At least 5 years sale experience in wholesale company preferably in manager position
- Understand normal English
- Excellence communication skills
- Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic and creative
- Willing to travel to provinces when requires
