Branch Manager
 
  Duties
  • As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for the development of overall business strategies and ensure smooth implementation of the strategies. You must ensure the branch functions effectively and cohesively towards the ultimate objective to generate maximum revenue and profitability. You will need to prepare and execute marketing plan for acquiring new customers as well as maintain and enhance relationship with existing customers. You are also required to prepare branch budget, execute action plan and monitor the performance in line with approved branch target.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing/Finance/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality results in short time frames
  • Posses superior communication and leadership skills
  • Have at least 4 to 5 years experience in branch banking operation management and credit supervision (Corporate/Commercial)
  • Have a sound understanding of the industry and market trends/development

 
Business Development Executive
 
  Duties
  • As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible in developing and securing new business that can contribute or maximize return in shareholders’ investment. To manage, control and perform housekeeping on loan portfolio. You are also required to plan and implement marketing activities to promote loan products and services as well as develop and build up long term business relationship with customers.
  Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Obtained high level of English proficiency in both writing and speaking skill.
  • Proven loan analytical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
  • Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin and/or Japanese will be an added advantage.

 
Corporate Communication Executive
 
  Duties
  • You will manage internal and external communications, including employee communications, public/media relations, to sponsorships and community support programs. You will manage all marketing communications including advertising and promotional strategy and activities as well as drive brand management. You will also be required to produce marketing communication publication and materials.
  Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in marketing/communications/media/advertising/public relations or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise. Technical skills in using design software are compulsory.
  • Superior communication, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills.
  • Experience in marketing, corporate communications, advertising and promotions, public relations or journalism.

Trade Finance Executive

  • As a Trade Finance Executive your role is to assist in promoting Trade Finance products and services, and to ensure internal controls in Trade Finance department are adequate and in compliance.
  Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking or other qualified professional.
  • Obtained good English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
  • Be a meticulous individual who can deliver high quality result.
  • Working experience or exposure in trade finance will be a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Trade Finance.

 
Credit Analyst
 
  Duties
  • You are responsible for independent credit evaluation and give recommendation on credit proposal to enable decision-makers to formulate well-informed decision by providing adequate identification/assessment of risks despite complexity involved.
  Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in processing and assessing corporate/commercial loans.
  • Able to conduct financial analysis, cash flow projections and identify risks in respect of borrowers, loan structures, sectors and industries.
  • Able to articulate well with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

 
Market Risk Executive
 
  Duties
  • You are responsible to ensure the compliance with group frameworks, policies, guidelines, procedures and methodologies to identify, measure, control and report non-traded risk. You will drive the implementation of non-traded risk systems at Overseas Operations. You are also required to conduct the surveillance of treasury activities to ensure governance with the approved parameters for non-traded risk and liquidity exposures as well as promote a risk awareness culture.
  Requirements
  • Degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics/Accountancy/Statistic or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Treasury or Risk Management.
  • Ability to develop and introduce initiatives that would incorporate leading-edge solutions.
  • Ability to develop and introduce infrastructure that supports customer focus strategies as well as drive continuous communication with regulators.
  • Ability to drive the understanding of non-traded risk and liquidity risk management requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of banking products and in-depth functional area experience.

 
Operational Risk Executive
 
  Duties
  • As an Operational Risk Executive, you are required to implement and maintain a robust Operational Risk Management Framework, Methodologies and Policies that in compliance with internal regulation and regulatory requirements. You will validate Risk Control Self Assessment, Key Risk Indicator, Incident Management and Data Collection as well as promote operational risk awareness culture. You are also required to assist and supervise in the implementation for Business Continuity Management program and Business Continuity Policy activation at all Business and Support Units within the Overseas Operation.
  Requirements
  • Degree in Banking and Finance/Business Management.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Audit/Compliance Management/Branch Operations or Risk Management.
  • Ability to drive the understanding of risk management requirements within the Business and Support Units.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of banking products and in-depth functional area experience.
  • Ability to develop and introduce initiatives that would incorporate leading-edge solutions and infrastructure that supports customer focus strategies as well as drive continuous communication with regulators.

 
Teller
 
  Duties
  • As a Teller, you are required to promote and maintain positive relation with all customers. You are also required to handle cash and non cash transactions by customers and complete daily balancing. To perform back office functions whenever needed.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree/Professional Qualification in Finance/Banking/ Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken or written English language (Other languages like Mandarin will be an added advantage).

 
Funding Officer
 
  Duties
  • As a Funding Officer, your role is to assist the Head of Finance & Strategy in liquidity and funds management of the Bank as well as to conduct detailed analysis on interest rates, liquidity forecasting and funding requirements of the Bank. You are required to keep abreast with developments in best practices, regulations, economic climate, accounting standard in industry and business, both local and international.
  Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar background and in banking industry

  Duties
  • As a Business Analyst, your role is to assist the Head of Finance & Strategy in all strategic matters that affect the Bank. You are required to conduct detailed analysis including but not limited to financials, SWOT, market segmentation, customer segmentation on each assignment, findings and recommendation to the Head of Department for approval.
  Requirements
