General Manager
Duties
- Formulating sales and after-sales policies in compliance with legal and the brand’s guidelines
- Generating enthusiasm for the Brand Guiding Principles and Brand Values
- Ensuring managers and staff are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence
- Developing and implementing sales and after-sales plan to achieve a desired return on investment
- Developing strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan
- Keep doing R&D about automotive market in Cambodia and Preparing the presentation to the management
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years in professional work experience of marketing, planning and sales management in automotive industry
- BBA or Master Degree in Sales and Marketing or Equivalent Degrees
- Excellent in English and Khmer (Chinese is an advantage)
- A focus on delivering excellent customer service and has ability to communicate effectively at all levels and having good attitude and salesmanship
- Willing to work hard and flexible in regard to work time and has ability to analyze financial and customer data
- Strong leadership and good business acumen and understanding of modern management and leadership techniques and be open-minded, and confident professional
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strategic / Creative thinker who can be innovative as well as pragmatic
- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Computer skills – MS Package and & be able to use email & internet
- Need to have Valid Driving License and be able to travel to other countries
