Duties + Requirements
Project Officer
 
  Duties
  • Support and assist the program team in the development, production and implementation of all training packages for all partners
  • Facilitate/coordinate on-going project reflection and learning with all partners; ensure lesson learnt and best practice
  • Assist in supervision and monitoring of sub grantee in addressing issues of gender based violence (GBV) and sexual reproductive health (SRH)
  • Provide technical inputs and organize all national workshops, round table discussion, meetings and reflection sessions involving all partners
  Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant subject, e.g. development, gender, social sciences
  • Minimum 3 years working directly with vulnerable populations on gender, empowerment interventions with international organization
  • Best knowledge of gender based violence and sexual reproductive health
  • Experience in capacity building and training of multi sectoral partners
  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and related software
