Finance and Operations Manager
Duties
- Maintaining the book keeping system and all accounting records
- Reviewing requests, invoices, preparation voucher of receipt and payment
- Conducting monthly/annual financial reports
- Implementing and monitoring of inventory control system
- Monitoring all legal issue involving the company
- Preparation of monthly payroll for Phnom Penh and Provincial staff
- Participating in a planning the budget & perform other accounting activities
- Field trips to Siam Reap and Sihanoukville
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 2-year experience in accounting, preferably in retail
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of book keeping and accounting practices
- Advanced knowledge in the use of Word, Excel, Access, Internet, and Email
- Hardworking, honest and initiative
- Willing to learn new tasks
- A team player
