Operating Manager
Duties
- Report directly to General Manager and work closely to all departments
- Develop and strategies all activities to achieve sales target set
- Develop annual activities calendar plan to support sales team to achieve sale target
- Develop brand awareness in the market
- Develop training schedule for all operating staffs, motivate and leading all staffs to reach company plans
- Develop and Implement Operating Standard Manual to all operating staffs
- Develop and plan out the Roadshow or any activities to support the sale
- Develop the opportunity to set up new outlets
- Create CRM program and manage all customers and member benefits
- Plan up all the necessary and related budgets in efficient way
- Conduct any research if necessary
- Responsible for all marketing materials
- Coordinate with all designer, printer, event planner, medias and all related parties
- Develop effective and efficient plans as well as all medias
- Sourcing all media suppliers with reasonable cost and effective channel
- Any required tasks necessary
Requirements
- Minimum BBA in Business and Administration and/or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years experience in management level especially in Cosmetics, Health Care or FMCG business
- Managerial, Operating and Marketing Skills
- English Literate
- Initiative, Team leading and team player skills
- Hard working and honest
- Result-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and different environment
- Able to travel and in the upcountry and overseas
