Duties + Requirements

Billing Configuration Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science
At least 1 year work experience related to Billing in Telecom
Must has programming skills in Unix/Linux, Java or C++
Has experience in using Linux/Unix Operating System
Has experience in working with PL-SQL
Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven
Able to produce excellent results under pressure
With good oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills
