Duties + Requirements

Program Manager

Duties

Representing ARD in the province
Leading the project implementation and reporting the progress
Assist in fund raising and writing new proposal for donor
Managing field office and supervising field staff

Requirements

Holding a degree in the field of Rural Development, Capacity Development, NRM or other relevant fields
Obtaining at least 3 year experience in Community Development works
Basic knowledge in Mitigation and Adaptation to Climate Change
Could provide proof to have adequate experience in managing a small to medium to size project
Could prove to have ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Words, Excel PowerPoint, etc
Experience in staff administration and office management
Experience in teaching or training others in project management
Demonstrated high level of honesty and trustworthiness and gender sensitivity
Demonstrated to have god command of English and Khmer
Proved to have good experience in teamwork, free of violence and gender bias

National Consultant

Duties

To conduct a participatory assessment to deliver the following with the pre-set deadlines

Work on an agreed work plan
Conduct field visit and interviews
Draft report and debrief it to project staff
Submit the final report

Requirements

Evaluation experiences of similar project
Khmer national with English proficiency
High facilitation and interviewing skills
