Duties + Requirements
Customer Service
 
  Duties
  • Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designed resource
  • Manage customer’s accounts
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  Requirements
  • Cambodian national, age from 20 to 30
  • BBA degree or equivalent fields
  • English proficiency is a must and Chinese is a bonus
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving

 
Sales Executive
 
  Duties
  • Be familiar with doing tele sales and marketing with customers and partners
  • Assist sales manager for the indoor and outdoor sales arrangement
  • Ability to communicate with customers and strong in negotiation
  Requirements
  • Cambodian Nationality 20-30 years of age.
  • At least 1 year experiences in Sales/Marketing related to shipping and freight forwarding company
  • Degree in Marketing field/ related field
  • Be able to speak and write English and/or Chinese is a plus
  • Self starter, initiative, mature, team player and willing to work hard
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills in MS office, internet and email
  • Willing to travel in province and overseas
