Duties + Requirements

Product Assistant

Duties

Ensure all Product loading templates are completed accurately and in accordance with company standards
Assist in the sourcing and creation of new products within Cambodia
Assist Manage supplier relationships both externally and internally
Assist facilitate all MICE related enquiries
Provide timely and accurate quotes and excellent service to our international partners
Provide telephone, email or face-to-face assistance to Travel Indochina clients when they contact the Travel Indochina office, if required
Facilitate value added sales on requested bookings
Provide detailed insightful reports as required on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

Requirements

University qualifications
Fluency in spoken English and Khmer, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
At least three years experience working in the travel industry
Have an understanding of MICE business and preferably some experience in this field
A high level of customer service and a focus on providing an exceptional level of service for both internal and external clients
A very careful and methodical approach to work
Excellent attention to detail, and a highly organised mind
A willingness to be flexible about work undertaken
Competency in computers, data entry processes and web databases
