Training Executive
Duties
- Assisting the training manager in dealing directly with program implementation
- Filing correspondence and other records
- Drafting letters and reports on behalf of the Training Department of CAMFEBA
- Organizing survey, workshop, parties, and training conducted by CAMFEBA (booking place, making invitation, announcing the training courses, designing and announcing the training coursed providing handouts, taking charge of refreshments and lunch, etc.)
- Translating materials from Khmer to English or English to Khmer
- Up-dating the participants’ contacts
- Assisting the training program activities and trainers in managing training facilities
- Assisting to keep the CAMFEBA’s inventory and training materials to be properly placed
- Performing other relevant and assigned tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in facilitating the training or other training preparation
- Experiences in working with people at different levels
- Be proactive and hard working
- Good networking
- Have personal transportation
- Good knowledge and understanding of CAMFEBA’s activities and services
- Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, and Power Point, Ms. Outlook, Internet and E-mail
- Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
