Duties + Requirements
	Head/ Card Services Requirements Possess a recognized Bachelor/Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in related field At least 3 years in a managerial capacity in the Card Services division of a Bank or financial institution Thorough knowledge of Card center policies, procedures and practices Knowledge or experience in all functional areas of the center including marketing, credit, collections, card security, data processing, authorization, customer service, etc Strong command of written and verbal English. Verbal and/or written Chinese Mandarin is an advantage General financial and business administration skill or experience Strong people management with the ability to drive performance
	Head/ Banking Operations Requirements Possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in related field At least 3 years of supervisory experience in banking operations Knowledge of all operation functions, policies, procedures, methods, records and reports Knowledge of banking and finance laws and appropriate standards and regulations Knowledge of various delivery channels and service requirements in banking sector Analytical ability, good judgments, capacity for making decisions and accepting responsibilities Matured, resourceful with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong command of written and verbal English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage IT literate
