Marketing Supervisor
Duties
- In charge of building and maintaining efficient, cost effective distribution, network in assigned areas to correspond to the company strategy and policy
- Collaborate with other areas marketing supervisor, Brand Team to develop annual, quarterly, monthly sales/marketing plan in order to ensure achieving of sale, coverage, product mix, market share target of assigned area set by the company
- Monitor and analyzes sale progress, promotion expense and distribution cost in order to recommend necessary action plan to achieve maximum CM of different brands, products in assigned areas
- Carry out market survey to identify market opportunity, the company & competitor status, market trend
- Be responsible for building and maintaining brands’ image positioning in assigned area through sales, promotion activities
- Train and motivate Marketing/ Sales staff to attain maximum sales, effectiveness and productivities
Requirements
- Male, age from 25-35, Bachelor in Marketing/Management or related field
- Experience in FMCG Company are encourage to apply
- Good command in English and Khmer
- Hard working, dynamic and team-work
- Good communication skills
