Office Administrator & Accountant
Duties
- ADMINISTRATION
- Provide overall supervision of the administrative and logistical functions
- Ensure that administrative functions are implemented
- Provide Information on progress made, issues outstanding, and action recommended
- All correspondence and administrative letters are managed and documented in accordance with ASIS administrative procedures and in timely manner
- Ensure that personnel procedures are implemented accordingly
- Manage the ASIS office including office security, electricity, water supply, cleaning and maintenance of the office
- Coordinate the administrative functions with all working groups, division and other units
- Perform other duties as required by the school
- ACCOUNTING
- Data entry into accounting software
- Prepare monthly reports/financial statements
- Prepare detailed supporting documents and balance sheet
- Calculate and allocate other costs
- Maintain proper accounting records at all time
- Prepare journal entries and general ledger operations
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparation of all costing reports
- Analysis of accounts as requested
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Administration, Accounting, and Management
- Good organizational skills
- Mature, trustworthy and able to work patiently under pressure with minimum supervision
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and preferably be familiar with computerized accounting package
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative driven, and proactive

Marketing Assistant
Duties
- Assist the marketing manager with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets
- Maintain positive relationships with the staff, parents, and community and media partners
- Support marketing objectives of the school both internally and externally
- Develop promotional opportunities, ideas and concepts
- Coordinate and conduct marketing campaign
- Conduct market survey on customer satisfaction, potential areas for expansion, customer needs, etc
- Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing materials
- Assist with website designing concept and development, brochure and leaflet, quarterly newsletter, calendar, etc
- Ensure that all printed promotional materials are distributed effectively which includes posters and leaflets etc
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the marketing teams in consonant with marketing plan and program
- Perform other duties assigned which may deemed necessary
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Photoshop
- Experienced and with understanding of the principles of marketing
- Creative and innovative with some project management skills
- Experienced in marketing communication activities and promotions
- Knowledge of design is a plus
- Willing to travel for events and research purposes

Security Guard
Duties
- Organize and manage the security inside and outside the school area
- Maintain good relationship with venue staff, parents, community and public authorities
- Facilitate the children transfer in and out
- With passion for children
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in security (Public or private)
- Must be honest and responsible
- Knowledge in English is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours

Cook
Duties
- Control the hygiene in his/her work areas, equipment and materials
- Production assuring good quality
- Stay well groomed as per procedures
- Communicate and report regularly to his/her superior concerning the daily operation
- Set an example and ensure he/she adheres to dress code and behavior as well as hygiene standards
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a cook
- Knowledge of Khmer food, Asian food, and European food etc
- Innovative and creative person
- Hard-working and honest
- Able to calculate the food cost
- Knowledge in English is a plus
