Retail Sales Manager
Duties
- Development and implementation of sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
- Monitor and evaluate the business performance through weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with the staff
- Prepare consolidated budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them to the board
- Develop, maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the company
- Establish performance goals for all sales employees and monitor performance on a continuous basis
- Increase distribution coverage to entire Cambodia in both modern and general trade
- Grow, manage and implement the merchandizing team and system to ensure success of promotion and growth in outlet sales
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or/with professional qualifications
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience at managerial level in related field (FMCG/RETAIL) is required for this position
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Strong Leadership qualities and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong analytical skills with a good command of written and spoken English
- Proactive, well organized and possess a mature disposition
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with all level of employee
- Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
