Duties + Requirements
Cash Collector
 
  Duties
  • Organize collection meetings and visits to maximize cash receipts
  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment
  • Negotiate the return of unpaid merchandise
  • Consignment management on stock counting before payment
  • Monitor cash on delivery payments
  • Issue credit hold notifications
  • Communicate to customers and management on overdue amount and non payment status
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports about the customer payment status
  Requirements
  • 1+ years of collections experience
  • Able to communicate with customers and organize meetings
  • Willing to travel and stay in various provinces
  • Honest and good criminal records
