Project Sales Manager
Duties
- Plan for selling Concept +Strategies+ Mechanism
- Planning & Executing for seeking new account and maintenance existing account
- Designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of the company to clients
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- To coordinate with Finance with payment problem occurs (contact partner)
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Develop and implement special sales activities to achieve the target
- Problem solving for any required for clients
- Prepare weekly & Monthly report for Management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Male, age 30 years old up
- 5+ years of technological product sales experience with at least 2 years hands on experiences in the project sales management
- Have knowledge of various home appliance product
- Min Bachelor’s in business, marketing or economics
- Very strong both written and verbal communication skills for English and Khmer
- Excellent presentation, negotiation skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Strong Commitment with confident
- Willing to travel from time to time
- Can do attitude with team work spirit

Project Sales Executive
Duties
- Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business for the firm
- Seeks out purchasing decision makers and develops working relationships with them
- Designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of the company
- Negotiates contract terms with clients and successfully closes sales
- Works toward exceeding predetermined quotas set by the upper level
- Maintains contact with existing clients to obtain more business from them

Requirements
- Female or Male, age 25 years old up
- Minimum 3 years direct experiences in handling corporate accounts especially private and other organization
- Proven successful track of record from target achievement, account management, sales tools and reports. Also prove of sales management skills with result oriented working style
- Minimum Bachelor degree in marketing, economic or business related areas
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Khmer and Chinese would be advantage
- Good presentation, negotiation and people management skills
- Able to travel to other provinces from time to time
- Can do attitude with team work spirit

Duties
- Design Artwork and Creative
- Act as a copy righter

Requirements

Duties
- Handle Sales and Service Operation in showroom
- Acting as sale consultant

Channel Sales Representative
Duties
- Visit wholesalers, partner-shops and retailer to sell according to each customer sales target plan
- Present the trade incentive to each customer, inclusive of the consumer promotion
- Motivate each customer to purchase according to sales plan
- Make the daily weekly and monthly sales reports
- And other tasks assign by upper level
Requirements
- Cambodian Male, Age 25 years up

Service Technician (Air-con)
Duties
- Survey and evaluate cost for customer
- Set up and Install Air-con for customer
- Conduct maintenance check for air-con
- Repair damage and dysfunctional air-con
- Fix and check package type and Split type
- Change spare parts
- Encode the reported damage of the air-con
- Check the its major parts
- Solve the problem for customer

Requirements
- Males, age 28years old up
- Must be a graduate of at least 2 year vocational Training course in Air Conditioning and Technician
- Must have at least 2 year experience as a A/C Technician
- Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Cons
- Must know how to survey and evaluate the cost for customer
- Must have knowledge in trouble shooting
- Ability to detect damages and malfunctions
- Must have wide knowledge in package and Split type for installation of Air-cons
- Know how to change spare parts
- Must have good communication skills both Khmer and English
- Can do attitude with team work spirit
