Operation Manager
Duties
- HUMAN RESOURCE
- Responsible for the all Human Resource Management of ISF
- Actively lead in the recruitment process for new staff/ interns, including: giving advice on developing job profiles, advertising, interview process, contract issue and staff registration to Ministry of Labor Law and Vocational Training.
- Participate in the recruitment process, Conduct probation & annual performance assessment of staff under supervision. And assisting probation & annual performance assessment of the rest of the staff and contract extension for all staff.
- Develop, amendments and review policies, guideline and procedures related to staff well-being and promoting policy implementation throughout ISF
- Responsible for occupational health and safety (OHS) activities within ISF, and for all work-related accidents and illness of ISF staff with Insurance company and NSSF
- OPERATION
- Responsible for daily office and school operation at Steung Meanchey
- Supervise all teachers performance and provide appropriate guideline to them
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization mission
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operations through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between school operation and community.
- Liaising with local authorities on behalf of ISF
- Organizing and participating in special events such as class parties, International Children’s Day etc
- Managing and controlling all expenditure related to the education project
Requirements
- Graduate Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Management
- Understand Cambodia Labor Law
- Must a have minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resource or line Management and 1 year working with children
- Enjoys working with and for children
- Able to communicate in English language
