Store Manager (1 Positiion )
Duties
- Manage the shop and sales turnover
- Ensure Yves Rocher guidelines are respected
- Secure the minimum of stock displayed in the shop to avoid out of stock
- Recruit, train, inform and manage the staff (Staff schedule, annual review, warning, etc.)
- Coordinate with the National Training Manager to ensure staff is properly trained on products and spa treatment
- Oversee the daily operation of the shop and administrative duties (petty cash, products order refill, customer data, sales reporting, inventory, correct pricing on shelves and in computer, etc.)
- Assume general responsibility for inventory of the store
- Be responsible for all stock movements (deliveries, transfers, etc.) and ensure all products have proper labels
- Be Yves Rocher representative for all activities implemented in the shop
- Be responsible for delivering high level of customer service
- Support implementation of all marketing activities in the shop
- Collect and organize customers' feedback and market/competitors information to Manager
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations
- Be responsible for all customers’ claims & complaints
- Propose, supervise the operation and support event organization (if any)
- Sales report, inventory reports daily and monthly
- Other tasks are given by direct manager
Requirements
- Female
- Age 30-37
- At least graduated BBA related management subject
- Spa & Massages certificate
- 2 years experiences preferred in relevant industry
- Software skills : Excel, Power point, Word, MS office
- English: Intermediate. Advanced English preferable
- Good communication, customer & targets oriented
