Human Resources Manager
Duties
- Participates in the development of the Company’s long-term strategic planning and operational plan
- Develops Annual Operational Plan of HR department and ensure the plan is effectively and efficiently implemented
- Develops recruitment strategy and execution plan to attract and recruit necessary staff to fill vacancies
- Provides guidance to related departments and branch offices in resolving the personnel issues, promoting staff grievance process and coordinate in resolving staff conflict directly if any
- Manages and coordinate the recruitment of new staff based on the strategic business plan
- Oversees the development of an orientation process for all new staff both in head office and at branch offices
- In cooperation with relevant departments, develops “Training Need Assessment and Training Calendar” and ensure effective delivery of the training to ensure the institutional capabilities meet the strategy
- Builds staff capacity to ensure the institution’s competencies in implementing the company’s strategic business plan
- Leads in monitoring staff performance, request for promotion and/or restructuring
- Implements the annual performance appraisal system and training and staff development plan in line with IPR strategy and objectives
- Manages and control assets for the company including procurement, registration, labeling, depreciating, and regular updating of list of registered assets and inventory
- Leads a team, in temporary, in producing IPR annual calendar, leaflet, and quarterly newsletter for related stakeholders
- Manages office environment: clean, order, and security
- Reviews company-wide remuneration, recommend for changes and ensure that the company’s remuneration strategy is competitive enough to attract and retain talents
- Reviews and updates the HR policies, procedures and practices to reflect the changes of IPR and in compliance with local labor law and ensure that those documents are well communicated to staff at all level
- Reviews and updates the Administration Policy to reflect the changes of IPR and ensure that this document is well communicated to staff at all level
- Other tasks related with the position and those assigned by CEO
Requirements
- At least five years of practical experience in human resource function and managerial position, with microfinance field is advantage
- Demonstrated strong leadership and influencing with good coordination skills, creative thinking and analytical skills
- Broader understanding of laws and regulations related with human resource field
- Strong commitment and hardworking with self-motivated, be able to multitask within tight deadlines, and ability to work under pressures
- Good communication skills both speaking and writing in both Khmer and English
- Recognized university degree in Human Resource specialization, MBA is s plus
- Age of more than 30 years

Marketing Officer
Duties
- Designs “Promotion and Communication Strategy” and “Execution Plan” to ensure that the Company's positioning is well communicated to relevant stakeholders including staff, potential investors, partners, and regulators, etc
- Leads in designing and development of promotional tools: Company profile, teaser, annual report, brochure and leaflet, quarterly newsletter, calendar, etc. for the external communication and engagement
- Coordinates and conduct marketing campaign
- Designs and continuous updating the contents of IPR website both Khmer and English
- Monitors customer services at the branch level and propose for improvement to the superior
- Monitors the office arrangement and decoration for the purpose of brand image and customer services
- Coordinates and conduct market survey: client satisfaction, potential areas for expansion, client needs, etc. to ensure efficient development of needed products
- Identifies “Strategic Partnership” with agriculture-related businesses and development partners in agricultural focus and ensure that the partnership is well implemented with mutual benefits
- Other tasks related with the position and those assigned by COO
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, Micro finance experience is a plus
- Creative character; ready to take initiative
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Khmer and English
- Good coordinator and team worker
- Willingness to travel to rural provinces
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or related fields
- Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced design software is essential

Assistant to CEO
Duties
- Provides day-to-day secretarial supports to CEO including but not limited to: managing meeting calendar, filing, retrieving corporate documents and records, visitors hosting, managing letter in and out
- Ensures the accuracy of documents submitted by concerned departments for CEO approval
- Ensures the accuracy of information with proper report formats prior to submission to external parties
- Assists the partners and executives in presentations and summarizing reports and documents
- Coordinates in preparation and timely dissemination of company reports, latest news and slide presentation for board and management meeting
- Coordinates and set up high-level board and management meetings and the company’s special events
- Performs special projects, as needed, including data and information collection, preparation of materials and initial analysis and conclusions
- Other tasks related with the position and those assigned by CEO
Requirements
- At least two-year experiences as personal assistant or secretarial affairs are a plus
- Good report writing skill, office skills and well organized
- Good interpersonal skill, strong coordination and good team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Khmer and English
- Bachelor degree in business administration, or related field
- Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Female self-motivated candidate is encouraged
