  Duties
  • The Hotline Manager is responsible to work in close liaison and collaboratively with MSIC’s senior management team to develop new hotline strategies and monitor to ensure MSIC Hotline counselors provides high quality information on pregnancy advice and options, FP choices, service appointment at MSIC Clinic, safe service referring and general information on SHR according to the national health and MSIC guideline to callers without judgment or prejudice. The key responsibilities are summarized as follows
    • Monitor and review bi-monthly report to ensure accurate reporting on number of callers, services provided, referrals and follow-ups
    • Coordinate and facilitate with Center Managers to ensure callers and/or potential clients are receiving services as per MSIC policy and strategy
    • Assist with the marketing and communication strategy to develop marketing plan to raise awareness of FP/SRH via Hotline
    • Ensure hotline forms completed and kept callers’ reports appropriately
    • Computerize all data of hotline callers on day to day basis
    • Work closely with Clinical Service Manager and technical team to refer clients to comprehensive FP/SRH services;
    • Work with M&E and database Officer to ensure calls are recorded, reported and confidentially kept regarding clients complaints;
    • Under strategic review of the hotline strategy to ensure MSIC is providing excellent service to its clients
  Requirements
  • A Bachelor degree in business management/marketing and or related field
  • At least 3-4 years experience in sexual and reproductive health service provision, and hotline services
  • Ability to communicate good in English and Khmer
  • Computer literacy
