Duties + Requirements

Women Project Manager

Duties

To administer monitor all activities, and to ensure for the smooth implementation of the Project

To develop a concept paper for the whole activities of the project
To manage, orientation, and coordinate other partners for a proper understanding of conceptual and the implementation of the project
To manage grant funding to partner institutions
To organize meetings, trainings, debate, forums and seminar of the project
To produce and regularly posting information related to the project on women web portal
To produce reports including annual report, conduct monitoring and evaluation on the project

Requirements

At least bachelor degree in management, Development, Communication, Human and Science or equivalent
Having at least one year experience in project management in NGO and in one of the following development projects gender, women, media, and rights advocacy
Knowledge or prior experience on democracy and citizens’ participation will be valued
Effective communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of advocacy, active in electronic communication (search internet email, twitter, facebook, etc), basic content publishing and photo editor application
Be motivated to work for a social project and to continue learning while working
Speak and write good Khmer and English languages
Have good time management and interpersonal skills, and be able to work with little supervision
