Executive Chef
Duties
- Control the hygiene in his work areas, equipment and materials.
- Follow the standard recipe, hygiene, safety and working method in food production assuring good quality and presentation.
- Apply the policy, regulation and procedures of his outlet as well as of the hotel.
- Respect the quality, hygiene and presentation of all dishes prepared in his work area.
- Stay well groomed as per procedures.
- Communicate and report regularly to his superior concerning the daily operation.
- Develop self-confidence.
- Set an example and ensure he/she adheres to dress code and behavior as well as hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Khmer food, Asia food, and Europe food etc.
- Innovative and creative person.
- Hard-working and honesty
- Good relationship with people
- At least 1 years’ experience as Executive Chef with Hotel or Restaurant.
- Be able to work as team
- Be able to read, written and spoken both Khmer and English.
- Able to calculate the food cost.
- Set Up the New Food
