Latex Collection Coordinator
Duties
- He has to be based in the Plantation situated in the Sedan District - Kompong Thom Province. Need to co-ordinate with the Small Holder Suppliers in the Region to ensure supplying of Latex to our processing facility
- Need to arrange Logistics, organize transport and ensure regular supply of Latex to the processing facility. He will be responsible for handling quality issues, payment issues etc. of the small holder suppliers
Requirements
- Age Between 25 – 45 Years
- Qualifications Completion of Secondary College education and Technical College qualification relating to Supplies Management. Using Microsoft packages. Rubber Research Institute training preferable
- Experience: 2 - 3 Years experience in similar kind of work. Previous experience on Supplies Management in Plantation Sector or any other agriculture project would be an added advantage. Ability to prepare reports using computer is desirable. Should be able to converse with the management team in English language.
- Salary Negotiable, based on the educational qualifications and experience

Assistant Manager – Rubber Plantations
Duties
- He will be reporting to the Estate Manager on setting up of Nurseries, Land Clearing for nurseries and planting of rubber. Knowledge of planting rubber, setting up nurseries is a pre-requisite for this post. Ability to manage Estate workers, dealing with government/ provincial officers on resolving administrative matter, settle land dispute issues with Villagers etc. is essential. Ability to converse and write in English Language is essential for the selected candidate
Requirements
- Age Between 25 – 45 years
- Qualifications Degree in Agriculture or a Diploma from a recognized Institute of Agriculture with adequate planting experience
- Experience 3 – 10 years of experience in setting up of rubber nurseries and planting rubber would be required. Ability to prepare reports using computers and knowledge of using GIS/GPS Maps is desirable
- Salary Negotiable, based on the educational qualifications and experience.

Supervisors - Land Clearing and Nursery Management
Duties
- He will be based in the plantation situated at Sedan District, in Kompong Thom Province. He would be reporting to the Assistant Manager or the Estate Manager and should have previous experience in setting up rubber nurseries and planting. He has to work directly with the work force of the company and contractors employed by the company on land clearing
Requirements
- Age Between 20 – 40 years
- Qualifications Completion of Secondary school education and a Diploma or any other qualification on planting of rubber
- Experience 2 – 8 years of experience in a rubber plantation in nursery management and new planting of rubber. Ability to use GPS/ GIS tools desirable

Administrative Assistant
Duties
- He will be based in Phnom Penh at the Regional Office of the Company. This person is required to assist expatriate General Manager, Plantation Manager, Financial Controller and other Officers to liaise with the Government Officers, Banks, and the Officers from Province, Tax Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Commerce and all other State Institutions to conduct the business. He will have to travel down to the Plantations with the expatriates whenever necessary to liaise on the administrative matters
- He should be well versed in using computers and also translate any document from Cambodian language to English Language. Should be able to fluently converse in English
Requirements
- Age Between 30 – 45 Years
- Qualification Suitable qualifications for handling the Administrative Assistant post. A qualification in IT & Accounting field is desirable
- Experience 3 – 8 years experience in handling similar kind of work. Previous working experience with expatriates will be desirable

Assistant Accountant
Duties
- He/ She will be reporting to the Expatriate Financial Controller and be based in the Regional Office of the Company situated at Phnom Penh and where necessary will have to travel with the Financial Controller to the Plantations on the Accounting and financial matters
- It is essential to have a good knowledge of spoken and written language in English together with knowledge of using Accounting Packages; Microsoft Excel/Word is desirable
Requirements
- Age Between 25 – 40 years
- Qualification Accounting/ Finance qualification from a recognized institute or a technical College. Use of bookkeeping software and Microsoft Package
- Experience 3 – 8 years experience in the similar capacity. Having previous work experience in Plantations would be an added advantage

GPS/GIS Technicians
Duties
- Job description Will be based in the Plantations of the Company situated in Sedan District of the Kompong Thom Province. Also have to work closely with the Land Clearing Supervisors, Estate Managers and the Plantation Manager for preparing of GIS Mapping, Demarcating Land clearing areas, Road cutting, marking building site etc
Requirements
- Age Between 25 – 40 years
- Qualification GPS/ GIS qualification from a University or a Technical College
- Experience 3 – 8 years experience in similar kind of work is required; having worked in the rubber plantation sector would be an added advantage
- Salary Negotiable, based on the educational qualifications and experience
