Restaurant Manager
Duties
- KITCHEN OPERATIONS
- Working in close relations with the Head Chef to ensure kitchen is clean and set up properly at the start of each shift and clean and broken down at the end of the day
- Ensure staff and students are present, properly dressed and groomed
- Approve food purchases; ensure food purchases are received, marked and stored properly
- Ensure all cooking equipment (pots, pans, knives, etc.) and tableware (glasses, plates, forks, knives, etc.) are clean and properly stored.
- Ensure proper scheduling
- Ensuring of consistent food quality, food costing and that the kitchen is managed to international standards
- DINING ROOM AND CATERING OPERATIONS
- Ensure dining room is clean and properly set
- Ensure staff and students are present, properly dressed, and groomed
- Ensure staff and students are properly trained to greet and seat guests, to take orders and submit them to the kitchen, to deliver food and beverages to guests, to deliver the bill and to take payment and return change/credit cards and receipts
- Ensuring that the restaurant is managed to international standards in every level of its operations
- Monitor catering orders; ensure on-time preparation and delivery
- REPORTING
- Writing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Requirements
- Education: -
- Knowledge: Restaurant management in a successful restaurant business
- Experiences: Minimum 3 years experience in managing restaurant
- Computer and office technology: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-mail
- Language: Good level of English spoken and written is mandatory. Any other language is a bonus
- Skills: Management, good organizational, people and communication skills
- Location: This position is based in Siem Reap, Cambodia
- Duration: Full-time work. Working flexible hours, overtime, weekends and holidays

Cooking Teachers
Duties
- OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all staff and students follow proper rules of dress, hygiene, and code of conduct in kitchen
- Ensure quality, consistency and timeliness of all food and beverages
- Build and maintain a strong and efficient team
- Be aware of food cost control
- Monitor, request, receive, and properly store food supplies
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, food, tools and wares
- Ensure safety of all students
- Update menu and specials as required
- Ensure that all food and drinks prepared are to international standards and of highest quality
- Ensure proper scheduling of cooking students
- Ensure proper training of all students
- CATERING OPERATIONS
- Monitor catering orders; ensure on-time preparation and delivery
Requirements
- Education: -

Duties
- DINING ROOM OPERATIONS

Cashiers
Duties
- Responsible for handling all cash ( incoming & outgoing )
- Receiving sales cash for payment of receipts with accuracy and speed
- Receiving payment via credit cards and Point-Of-Sales system
- Maintaining the restaurant cashbook and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and that closing balances match with actual cash on hand
- Ensuring all sales receipts are in order, complete, correct, and in sequential order
- Counting cash on a daily basis
- Handing over cash and balances to counterpart cashier on shift change
- Issuing cash for payment of daily expenses, checking expenditure receipts for completeness, correctness, accuracy and authenticity
- Daily depositing of cash and all accounting records at finance office
- Providing summary to Finance Office of customer credit sales
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma
- Knowledge: Basic finance, payment systems and cash counts
- Experiences: Minimum 2 years experience working as cashier in a busy restaurant
- Computer and office technology: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and E-mail
- Language: Good level of English spoken and written is mandatory. Any other language is a bonus
- Skills: Good organizational, people and communication skills
