Senior Public Health Doctor
Duties
- Develop close collaboration with Provincial and District Health Offices and the SRH Prevention team
- Develop and implement detailed plans for health facility upgrade to BEmONC and CEmONC and Government staff capacity building/ training
- Review and develop Monitoring/Supervisory systems for health facilities and conduct patient satisfaction interviews
- Collect, collate, analyze, and report health facility HIS data
- Set‐up of protocols for emergency transportation of medical emergencies
- Manage 5 E&D midwives
Requirements
- Medical Doctor preferably with Masters in Public Health and experience in Maternal and Child Health
- Experience of developing district health systems in Cambodia and good knowledge of MOH protocols
- Good skills to manage a team (good communication, planning, and reporting skills)
- Ability to work closely with Provincial and District health authorities and local NGO partners
- Good communication and report writing skills in both Khmer and English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have proven analytical/problem‐solving abilities
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in using Excel and data bases
