Chief Accounting
Duties
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports, including financial by store
- To ensure compliance of group accounting policies and taxation law on all transactions occurred
- To ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- To manage the day to day operation of Finance and Accounts Functions
- Prepare strategic financial planning, budgets and monthly forecast
- To be responsible for continuous improvement and formulation of internal control system and procedures
- Be prepared to take on ad-hoc tasks as required
- Liaise with auditors and tax consultant
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accountancy. Qualified ACCA/CPA will be added advantage
- At least 8 years of working experience in MNC
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be added advantage
- Knowledge of computer accounting system in Sage Accpac and Hyperion will be added advantage
- Results driven with strong desire to see tasks through to completion
- Meticulous, high organized and strong leadership qualities
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff in the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and good time management skills
- Willing to hands on day to day finance operation and financial reporting
