Duties + Requirements
Information Technology Manager
 
  Duties
  • Oversee and support IT management in CARE Cambodia, leading the development and maintenance of the MIS system and infrastructures and specialist activities with respect to the organization’s IT and communications system
  • Provide advice and technical support on a range of information technology related subjects to staff, including successful resolution of both hardware and software issues
  • Support the day to day operations and projects to ensure efficient delivery of computer, internet and email services to staff. Provide backup “helpdesk support” user and keep them abreast of technological advancement in IT
  • Install, configure and maintain a range of computer and network hardware and system software, including providing technical advice for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
  • Administer the networks and applications including LANs, WAN and servers including user and groups’ management and access rights
  Requirements
  • Masters degree in Information Technology Management with major in application development and network administration
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Management of IT systems
  • Experience in website design and administration
  • Experience in application design and programming
  • Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008 including Active Directory
  • Significant experience in support network infrastructure including Internet connectivity, switches, firewalls and routers
