Duties + Requirements
Component 1 Manager( Voluntary Certification Component)
 
  Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with team to achieve the vision, mission, values of CCC
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage program and budget effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of stakeholders and manage multi-tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to develop funding proposals and write professional narrative reports
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally represent the component to donors and other partners
  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately resolve problems and conflicts
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage performance of staff and provide advice or support when needed
  • Master Degree in Project Management, Organizational Development (OD), Public/Business Administration or related field
  • Good knowledge in governance within NGOs sector is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in program planning, implementation and monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience in conducting/facilitating multi-stakeholders forum/ workshops with the involvement of stakeholders such as key government agencies, civil society organizations, private companies and grassroots communities, etc
  • Fluency in English and Khmer

  • Demonstrated ability to work with wide range of stakeholders and manage multi-tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately resolve problems and conflicts
  • Demonstrate strong sense of initiative and networking
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or Project Management or related field
  • Familiarity with and knowledge of wider NGO community in
  • Cambodia and NGO governance, management or organizational development
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences working with NGOs
  • Experiences in monitoring and evaluation will be highly regarded
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing
