  • Planning and executing the various promotion with cooperate dealers

  Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Related filed
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales (preferred experience bank or MFIs)

  Duties
  • Develop Audit policy and procedure
  • Develop Annual Planning for Internal Audit Section
  • Manage all Activities inside Internal Audit Section
  • Analyze both Internal and External Audit Report
  • Manage Audit Report
  • Manage and follow up planning implementation
  • Evaluate subordinates
  • Recommend on weakness of the operation of the institution
  • Ensure the compliance of company policy and procedure, regulation and accounting policy
  • Cooperate with other Sections for the success of the company
  • Prepare documents for internal control
  Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Related filed
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Auditing (preferred experience bank or MFIs, audit firm)

Assistant Manager and Credit Control
 
  Duties
  • Assist Manager to manage and monitor the daily work
  • Assist Manager in review the credit policy, manual and criteria
  • Implement and monitor the credit policy, manual and criteria to improve the judgment quality.
  • Manage credit exposures through monitoring and ongoing assessment
  • Provide necessary information and discuss all risk inherent in credit exposures with manager, Collection Section and Marketing Section to ensuring the quality judgments are made
  • Manage, motivate and provide the training to the judgment staffs to improve the quality of judgment
  • Assist manager to prepare yearly plan for Credit Control Section
  • Assist operations in the various section
  • Make the daily report and progress to Manager
  • Do other tasks as Manager required

Assistant Manager/MIS and EDP
 
  Duties
  • Support manager in consultation with related section to ensure smooth operation
  • Manage and ensure availability of AEON including phone, internet connections (wireless and cable) printers, servers, computers, etc
  • Establish internal/external email network systems for effective communication and privacy
  • Ensure effective computer maintenance and provide technical advices on computer purchases and other basic repairs
  • Provide computer service support to all AEON staff and or visiting guests including technical training on IT and computer related knowledge as requested
  Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Science and Engineering or relevant field
  • At least 3 to 5 above years working experience in finance industry
  • Knowledge in software development (client/ server and web application)
  • Database skill: Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MYSQL etc…
  • Code experienced: SQL/Oracle, Microsoft Access, and VB.Net (both Application & Web application C ++, ASP, JSP, Java, and PHP) and Crystal report etc…)
  • General IT knowledge in Computer troubleshooting, LAN/WAN, Wireless network configuration
  • Knowledge of IPBAX and telephone system
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Exchange Mail server, Mdamon, Internet Security Acceleration (ISA)
  • Knowledge in Windows server 2003/2008, Linux, Unix, Domain controller, File server, Firewall server protection, Server RAID 0/1/5, Data RAID Mirror, Backup and Disaster recovery plan
  • Strong critical thinking and problems solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English both in writing and speaking
