Sales & Product Manager
Duties
- Work as a Sales Manager or Technical Specialist, or Technical Sales Manager
- Operate under the direction of Company/Headquarter to drive Sustainable Profitable Sales Activities within the area designated
- Responsible for sales & support of full range of product / solution to existing and new customers To visit customers & carry out technical discussion/presentation, systems consultation/products selection, costing, preparing quotations, negotiation for & execution of purchase orders from customers
- To understand the needs of the key accounts to propose suitable solutions based on their requirements
- Submit Weekly/Monthly Report to update market condition and competitive environment
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience and project implementation in the IT/Software industry
- Knowledge in Hardware and Software Services, with experience in deployment
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or Business
- Able to present in front of an audience & managed team of technical executives
- Well groomed / Confident speech / friendly and approachable
- Able to work independently and highly self-driven
- Possess good interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in deploying software projects is highly expected

Duties
- Software product knowledge development
- Liaising with software vendors - planning pricing and marketing strategies
- Marketing planning and budgeting
- Marketing communications with partners, clients
- Utilising marketing tools - run promotion campaigns, create newsletters, etc
- Website management, online social networking
- Press Releases - articles composition and distribution
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in IT (Software) industry
- Knowledge of software products, at least basic as Microsoft, IBM
- Experience of creating marketing plans and budget
- Experience of marketing communications
- Previous work experience at software distribution house or SI is an advantage
- Candidate is expected to have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Studies.
