Duties + Requirements

Cook

Duties

Purchasing, preparing and cooking food as part of a team of cooks, for over 100 children
Ensuring all food preparation is managed with strong hygiene standards

Requirements

At least one year’s experience as a cook, preferably for large numbers of people
Knowledge of proper hygiene and food preparation
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to work flexible hours and stay overnight at the centre
