Duties + Requirements
Branch Manager
 
  Duties
  • Run the business to deliver outstanding results across all key dimensions Funds Under Management (FUM) growth, revenue growth, productivity, branch profit
  • Contact new and high value customers regularly with the team to make sure they are happy with our service, re-establish their needs and offer new ANZ Royal's products which meet those needs
  • Proactively identify and address areas of customer dissatisfaction, following up and resolving any customer complaints within discretion or refer appropriately
  • Work with the team to deliver on ANZ Royal's service promises, particularly queue waiting times
  • Manage the queue actively to reduce waiting times and to improve productivity
  • Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the team and empower staff to achieve to their best capability
  • Develop and maintain an open, honest and satisfying team environment
  • Work closely with Head of Risk to ensure full implementation of Bank Risk Framework
  Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience and track record in leading and motivating a team
  • Possess sales skills and understanding of sales culture, preferably acquired in the financial services sector
  • Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of administrative functions in an operational environment e.g. budgets, personnel administration
  • Sound communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Qualifications in a Financial or Business or Management related field is preferred

 
Contact Centre Consultant
 
  Duties
  • Provide friendly and responsive customer service on the phone
  • Provide administrative support to internal customers
  • Take appropriate action in response to customer enquiries
  • Leverage sales opportunities and refer the customer to the branches
  • Support Call Centre Manager and Team Leader to ensure key performance metrics are delivered
  • Handle customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
  Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Good listening and problem solving skills
  • Previous telephone experience in (telephone) sales and handling customer calls is a plus
  • Skills in supporting business development planning, documentation and implementation
  • High level analytical skills with the ability to think laterally and the flexibility to be able to work in an environment of change
  • Chinese is a plus
