Tourism Teacher

Duties

Introducing tourism concepts and outlining their roles by offering a way to think about tourism & hospitality
Providing a framework of practical knowledge for students approaching these subjects for the first time
Presenting the different areas of tourism and their real practice operation
Presenting the business needs of the Tourism and Hospitality industry regarding trained employees and the skills required
Collaborating with colleagues and providing general support
Assisting and preparing students for job interviews

Requirements

At least 2 years’ work experience in the tourism industry
Hands on experience in teaching in English and Khmer
Operational understanding and previous work experience in the tourism industry
Fluency in English and Khmer is a must, another language will be an advantage
Bachelor degree or a diploma in a related field
Excellent communication, organisation and pedagogical skills
Computer literate and knowledge of ticketing system
