Training Assistant

Duties + Requirements
Training Assistant
 
  Duties
  • Assist in developing some parts of the course content including research and translating relevant information materials
  • In close collaboration with Administration coordinate the logistic arrangements for training including preparing training materialsfor printing/copying, room/equipment booking, and taking responsibility for ensuring approval of training supplies
  • Assist with documenting the workshop including taking pictures and creating attendance sheets and notes
  • Collect, input, and consolidate all outputs of training/workshops
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of various projects
  Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience in related fields
  • Good command of written and spoken English, local language
  • Minimum two year full-time experience in training adults
