Executive Assistant
Duties
- Provision of high level administrative support to the CEO, and the Board of Management where required
- Management of an effective records system for information, documentation and correspondence for the executive office
- Supporting the CEO’s strategic relationship management with all stakeholders especially overseas suppliers
- Coordinate with the staff in relevant departments to ensure competent execution of procurement process of the company for both local and overseas, including:
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase requisitions and orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate for the best purchasing package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service with suppliers
- Handling and monitoring of claims to vendors for defective, shortage and missing products
- Support sale departments with quotations
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS
- English language proficiency is a must
- Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement
- A self starter with a sound experience in an Executive Assistant role at a senior level
- Highly developed organizational and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to take responsibility, prioritize work, anticipate and plan ahead and possess a sense of urgency, with particular attention to the organization of the executive office
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office 2007 suite of programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of personal confidence and professional presentation. A resilient and trustworthy individual who understands the importance of confidentiality, with a willingness to learn and be flexible
- Experience in a procurement management process is preferable, but not compulsory
- SELECTION CRITERIA
- A sound experience in providing a secretarial and administrative assistance at an Executive Level
- Exceptional communication, liaison and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen, speak and write according to the needs of the audience both in Khmer and English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with tact, judgement and confidentiality including the ability to adapt, be flexible and tolerant in all work situations and maintain positive working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to proactively organise own workload, be creative and show initiative and ensure that administrative tasks and projects are completed and deadlines met
- Highly developed word processing skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Demonstrated ability to undertake coordination, project and general research work
