Office Coordinator
Duties
- Coordinate CCS project area work, supervising Education Project Manager, Sponsorship team, Partners Manager, IT officer and School Data officer
- Organize and monitor Project Managers work and planning, in line with CCS internal review process
- Supervise the introduction of all Operative Instruction components in the project area, following the calendar of priorities defined in collaboration with Country Coordinator and HQ
- Represent CCS Italy NGO amidst national and international governmental and non-governmental organizations when the Country Coordinator is not present
- Organize capacity building of the staff
- Coordinate staff schedules in order to achieve monthly/trimester/yearly objectives
- Assist the Country Coordinator in preparing reports to authorities, partners and HQ
- Coordinate project identification and assist the Country Coordinator in developing project proposals for external donors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Development, Social Work or other relevant fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- At least 5 years’ experience working in the development sector (experience managing education support and/or sponsorship programs is a plus)
- Knowledge and understanding of development issues and policies, administrative and procurement procedures
- Honesty and strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and demonstrated accountability
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff, ability to lead by example
- Good command of English language
- Dynamism and flexibility

- Ability to read, understand, and formulate a budget and financial plan
- Experience interacting with authorities
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other commonly used office software
- Experience in capacity building is a plus
- Driving license is a plus
