  Requirements
  • At least bachelor degree in field of human resource or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in human resource function with NGOs
  • Good knowledge and skills in personnel management
  • Good knowledge and skill in policy review and development
  • Good interpersonal, analytical skill
  • Willing with advocacy work and dealing with diversity people
  • Good in written and spoken in English
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, email and internet
  • High morality model of individual
