  • Develop, finalize,implementunified M&E system forNH projectscollaborationthe M&E coordinator
  • Work closelythe management staffintroducemonitor implementationM&E tools onfield,ensure efficienteffective M&Eall project’s activities attimes
  • Undertake monitoringtechnical support visitsregular basisassess progress against approved project’s objectivesM&E Plan
  • Supportdesignimplementationbaselineimpact surveys accordingthe approved work plan
  • Coordinate quarterly data collectionanalysisallrelated services providedreportrelevant government offices. Submit quarterly activities results statisticscoordinationprogram managers
  • Work closelyM&E coordinatormanagement staffconduct regular project reviewsFinal Evaluation. Assist incompilationrelevant datathe mid-term evaluation performancedonorinternal reporting
  • Work closelyNH colleaguesdesign activitiesstrengthencapacitymanagement staffM&E activities through provisiontechnical support e.g. skills assessment, trainingappraisals
  • Producevarietywritten documents e.g. data summaries, workshop reports, etc.
  • SupportNH direction inrevisionwork plansstrategiescollaborationM&E coordinator
  • Buildmaintain positive relationships withmembersstaff,contacts withinoutsideour organization
  • Undertake any other reasonable dutiesmayrequestedtimetime

    • Early childhood careeducation services, including motherschild basic health
    • Teachers' trainingscholarship program
    • Community based centersservicesPeopleDisabilities
    • Agricultural skills development training
Requirements
 
  • n National
  • At least Bachelor degree insocial sciencedevelopment subject,equivalent combinationeducationproven work experience
  • A minimum1 yearexperiencerelevant field, preferablyan NGO environment
  • Proven abilitydevelop application inevaluation and/or operational researchprograms,includedesignimplementationevaluation strategies
  • Excellent interpersonalcommunication skills requiredtrain/coach staffgive occasional presentations
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills including analysisboth quantitativequalitative data
  • Excellent organizationaltime management skills requiredmeet deadlines
  • Abilitywork independently andparta team
  • Excellent Information Technology skills
  • Fluent English essential
  • Willingtravel extensively inproject’s targeted areas (at least 50%the time)
