What is a discussion group? A discussion group is a place where everybody can put up messages. It is like writing an email and putting it up on a wall for everybody to see. You can read all the messages put up by everyone else and put up your own messages. You can start a new topic for everyone to discuss or can reply to messages on topics that someone else started.
