Duties + Requirements
Senior Public Health Doctor
 
  Duties
  • Develop close collaboration with Provincial and District Health Offices and the SRH Prevention team
  • Develop and implement detailed plans for health facility upgrade and Government staff capacity building/ training
  • Review and develop Monitoring/Supervisory systems for health facilities and conduct patient satisfaction interviews
  • Collect, collate, analyze, and report health facility HIS data
  • Set-up of protocols for emergency transportation of medical emergencies
  • Manage 5 E&D midwives
  Requirements
  • Medical Doctor with Masters in Public Health and experience in Maternal and Child Health
  • Experience of developing district health systems in Cambodia and good knowledge of MOH protocols
  • Good skills to manage a team (good communication, planning, and reporting skills)
  • Ability to work closely with Provincial and District health authorities and local NGO partners
  • Good communication skills in both Khmer and English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must have proven analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in using Excel and data bases
