  Duties
  • Set work plan and manage project's activities to achieve the project goals
  • Obtain relevant issues and challenges faced by partners and by the project during the implementation
  • Maintain on-going relationship with relevant stakeholders and partners
  • Follow up and monitor of project implementation by CPWP members against their work plan and the project plan
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders
  • Write 3 months, 6 months and one year activities report
  • Write articles or activities relating to project goal to be posted on the website
  • Collect information and draft report for donors
  • Oversee and monitor media messages to compare in the project progress
  • Support the Coordinator in the coordination of the implementation of the CPWP media strategy
  • Contribute new ideas and solutions to challenges in maintaining the WPAN network and in empowering women at all level
  • Work under the direction of the WLSN Coordinator
  Requirements
  • At least graduated from a four year college in communication, planning, management, development or related area
  • Have at least 3 years experiences working with NGOs in Cambodia
  • Have at least 1 year experiences working in public relation and monitoring type of position
  • Have good public presentation skills
  • Ability to identify policy recommendations on the national and local level
  • Good communication ability in English, and Khmer language in both Speaking and writing
  • Ability to draft report, and develop budget for project activities
  • Good command of IT, using email, internet, and search engine
  • Ability to travel to the provinces periodically and work off working hours when needed
