Duties + Requirements

Driver

Duties

Clean and safe vehicle maintenance ready for use and driving and routine maintenance
Cost efficient vehicle maintenance and efficient planning and smooth operations of vehicle
Safe driving resulting in timely arrival of passengers/goods at destination
Driving vehicles safely and cost conscience and sustainable reparations of technical breakdowns of vehicle
Support of other project staff in their day to day work and during field travels
Timely report of problems in the vehicle to SNV administration
Update of First Aid Kit box in the vehicle and compliance of SNV safety plans and administration manual
Maintaining vehicle records and logbook
Other support if needed

Requirements

Willing to travel to the field and spend at least 70% of his/her time in the field
At least three years of driving experiences with an organisation
Driving experience with a development organisation is an added advantage
Intermediate vocational working and thinking level
Proficiency in speaking and reading English language
Valid driver’s license
High commitment and honest
